Team Movement Training Facility’s vision is to redefine fitness by restoring the body’s
natural ability to move with strength, balance, and confidence. We believe that mastering
the seven fundamental movement patterns—squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, rotate, and
gait—is the foundation for lifelong health and vitality. Through education, innovative
programming, and a supportive community, we aim to empower individuals to move better,
prevent injury, and unlock their full potential—both inside and outside the studio.

With credentials as a certified Stretch Tech, a former Division 1 track athlete, and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy, Jada brings expert knowledge and real-world experience to every session.
