At Team Movement Training Facility, our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals by providing a supportive, inclusive, and motivating environment. We strive to deliver high-quality fitness programs, personalized training, and a community that inspires strength, balance, and confidence—helping every member live a healthier, happier life.

Team Movement Training Facility’s vision is to redefine fitness by restoring the body’s natural ability to move with strength, balance, and confidence. We believe that mastering the seven fundamental movement patterns—squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, rotate, and gait—is the foundation for lifelong health and vitality. Through education, innovative programming, and a supportive community, we aim to empower individuals to move better, prevent injury, and unlock their full potential—both inside and outside the studio.

Keith davis

Owner

Hi, I’m Keith L. Davis, and fitness isn’t just my career, it’s my passion! I started Team Movement Training Facility because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel supported, motivated, and excited to work toward their goals.
My journey began with understanding and believing that the human body was created to move. That belief taught me that fitness is about more than just looking good, it’s about feeling strong, confident, and capable in everyday life. In addition, we create programs that emphasize functional fitness which focuses on exercises that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for real-life movements and activities.

 

To ensure I provide my clients with the best, I pride myself on continuous learning, which allows me to combine science-backed training and nutrition strategies with a personalized approach that works for real people and real lives.”


When I’m not coaching or planning new workouts, you’ll probably find me doing leisure activities like fishing, running, or spending time with family. I love connecting with people and helping them discover that fitness can be fun, empowering, and life changing.
At Team Movement Training Facility, my goal is simple: to create a community where you feel like you belong and where every victory—big or small—is celebrated.

Jada Moore

Certified Body Expert, Moore Limitless

Jada is dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential. With credentials as a certified Stretch Tech, a former Division 1 track athlete, and a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy, Jada brings expert knowledge and real-world experience to every session. 

Delivered with a “Sky Is the Limit” mindset, Jada doesn't just relieve pain; she unlocks your full potential with measurable results that help youth athletes, adults, and seniors move better, feel younger, and achieve goals you once thought were out of reach.
