TMTF Policies

Effective Date: 2/19/2026

1. Purpose

This policy ensures fairness and operational efficiency when clients cancel or miss scheduled services (e.g., personal training sessions, classes).

 

2. Cancellation Notice

  • Minimum Notice: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

  • How to Cancel: 

 

3. Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee equal to [50% or 100%] of the session cost.

 

4. No-Show Policy

  • If a client fails to attend without prior notice, the session will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Repeated no-shows (e.g., 3 times in 90 days) may result in suspension of booking privileges.

 

5. Exceptions

  • Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered for fee waivers upon documentation.

  • Weather-related closures or gym-initiated cancellations will not incur fees.

 

6. Prepaid Packages

  • Missed sessions from prepaid packages are forfeited unless canceled within the required notice period.

 

7. Refunds

  • No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows, except under approved exceptions.
