TMTF Policies
Effective Date: 2/19/2026
1. Purpose
This policy ensures fairness and operational efficiency when clients cancel or miss scheduled services (e.g., personal training sessions, classes).
2. Cancellation Notice

Minimum Notice: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

3. Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee equal to [50% or 100%] of the session cost.
4. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to attend without prior notice, the session will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

Repeated no-shows (e.g., 3 times in 90 days) may result in suspension of booking privileges.
5. Exceptions

Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered for fee waivers upon documentation.

Weather-related closures or gym-initiated cancellations will not incur fees.
6. Prepaid Packages

Missed sessions from prepaid packages are forfeited unless canceled within the required notice period.
7. Refunds

No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows, except under approved exceptions.
