The sessions may include any of the following: Kettlebell Power & Conditioning Class Description: Ignite your strength, endurance, and mobility in this dynamic full-body workout using kettlebells. This class blends functional movements, strength training, and cardio intervals to sculpt lean muscle, boost metabolism, and improve core stability. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned lifter, you'll learn proper technique, build explosive power, and challenge your body in new ways. Strength & Sculpt: Weight Training Class Build strength, boost confidence, and transform your body in this empowering weight training class. Designed for all fitness levels, this class focuses on proper lifting techniques, progressive overload, and balanced muscle development. Whether you're new to resistance training or looking to level up your routine, you'll gain the tools and support to reach your goals. HIIT: High-Intensity Interval Training Push your limits and ignite your metabolism in this fast-paced, results-driven HIIT class! Designed to maximize calorie burn and build strength, this workout alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. Whether you're looking to lose fat, tone up, or boost endurance, HIIT delivers serious results in less time. VO₂ Max Class VO₂ Max (Volume of Oxygen Maximum) training focuses on pushing your body to its aerobic limits. This class is structured to increase the amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise, which directly enhances endurance, stamina, and overall cardiovascular health.



Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 2/19/2026 1. Purpose This policy ensures fairness and operational efficiency when clients cancel or miss scheduled services (e.g., personal training sessions, classes). 2. Cancellation Notice Minimum Notice: Clients must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. How to Cancel: -Via phone: 314-749-7500 -Via email: teammovementppp@gmail.com -Through the gym’s app or booking system. 3. Late Cancellation Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee equal to [50% or 100%] of the session cost. 4. No-Show Policy If a client fails to attend without prior notice, the session will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled. Repeated no-shows (e.g., 3 times in 90 days) may result in suspension of booking privileges. 5. Exceptions Medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered for fee waivers upon documentation. Weather-related closures or gym-initiated cancellations will not incur fees. 6. Prepaid Packages Missed sessions from prepaid packages are forfeited unless canceled within the required notice period. 7. Refunds No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows, except under approved exceptions.
